The 2020 presidential election is one of astronomical importance, but before we can battle Trump in the general elections, we have to choose a Democratic Nominee.

The field of candidates is extremely crowded with so many hopefuls, it is up to the people to choose the best candidate for the job. As of right now, there are two ways the elections are held, primaries and caucuses. Nevada holds a caucus, which is a gathering of party registered members who then go on to choose the nominee and select delegates for the state convention. Nevada is a particularly important state for the candidates because it is the first state in the west, scheduled for February 22.

This time around the NV Dems are introducing two new ways to vote, online caucuses and early caucus. In addition, the regular caucus day will go on in you precinct. That being said our community needs to stay educated on the democratic process and be prepared to participate in the caucus. We will hold trainings? Bellow are some important dates to keep in mind leading up to caucus day on February 22, 2020.
